REMOTE MEETING NOTICE

EAST CLINTON BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency and State and Federal bans on large meetings or gatherings and pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.2 which authorizes public meetings to be conducted via conference call or other electronic means, the East Clinton Fire District budget workshop scheduled for Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. will be held electronically via webinar instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person.  Members of the public may view the Board meeting held via Zoom by logging in at:

or listen to the meeting by dialing 1 646 876 9923.  The meeting ID is 815 2961 7629 and the password is  156276.  The recording and transcription of the meeting will be posted on the East Clinton Fire District’s website. 

The first meeting will be adjourned to a time and place as determined at this first meeting.
